At MAASAI Café, we honor Africa’s coffee legacy with modern precision. Our beans
are sourced for clarity of origin, our brewing methods spotlight flavor, and our
pastry & chocolate bar elevates everyday moments. Designed in a boho-luxury aesthetic,
our New Cairo home is a calm, creative space for conversation, work, and community.

**_From Highlands to Cairo, North 90th: a journey of flavor & craft._**

Coffee began as a story of land and people. MAASAI Café was created to bring that
story closer to Cairo—celebrating origin, ritual, and community. We curate single-
origin beans and brew methods (from V60 to cold brew) to let terroir speak. Our 
space—earth-toned, textured, and layered—echoes African craftsmanship in a modern
context. We pair coffee with artisanal pastries and chocolate so every visit can
be both familiar and new.
