Our Story

From Highlands to Cairo, North 90th: a journey of flavor & craft.

Coffee began as a story of land and people. MAASAI Café was created to bring that story closer to Cairo—celebrating origin, ritual, and community. We curate single-origin beans and brew methods (from V60 to cold brew) to let terroir speak. Our space—earth-toned, textured, and layered—echoes African craftsmanship in a modern context. We pair coffee with artisanal pastries and chocolate so every visit can be both familiar and new.
